HOW WE WORK

01 / Discovery & Concept

We begin by diving into the core vision, exploring everything from initial color stories to the broader themes that will anchor the design. Once the project is officially booked, we’ll meet to discuss every detail in depth.

02 / Design & Refinement

This is where the concept takes shape. We work together to bring the vision to life through structured design directions and a dedicated round of refinements to ensure the result is intentional and precise.

03 / Production & Execution

Once the final proofs are approved, we move into the technical stage. We focus on the final polish—overseeing production and assembly to ensure every piece is executed exactly as intended.

04 / Delivery

We handle the finishing touches and ensure everything is delivered on schedule, setting the tone for a guest experience that won't be forgotten.

A Note on Timing

Our schedule tends to book up quickly, so we highly recommend reaching out at least 6 months prior to your desired delivery date to secure a spot. Projects booked within a shorter window (less than 3–4 months) may be subject to a rush fee, depending on our current studio capacity.

  • Every project is unique, and pricing varies based on the complexity of the design, the number of pieces, quantities, materials, and production techniques. We provide a custom estimate once we have a better understanding of your scope. Our minimum investment for bespoke projects typically starts at $5,500, with most clients investing between $6,000 and $20,000+.

  • The timeline typically ranges from 8 to 12 weeks from initial concept to final delivery, depending on the complexity of the design and production methods. We work closely with you to establish a clear schedule from the start.

  • While we love seeing what inspires you, we do not replicate other designers' work. We use your inspiration as a foundation to create something entirely bespoke and specific to your event.

  • Yes. Digital proofs are provided during the design stage for your review and approval. No project moves into production until every detail has been signed off.

  • As we work with clients worldwide, we do not provide mailing services. However, all bespoke suites are hand-assembled and delivered to you, ready for the post.

  • Absolutely. We prioritize an experimental approach and often look beyond paper to explore materials like stone, wood, acrylic, and textiles to better support the concept of the event.
